Fellon is a young 16-year-old French rider who in 2019 finished 5th in the RedBull Rookies Cup. In 2020 he competed in the CEV Moto3 ™ Junior World Championship with Estrella Galicia Junior, where he finished 11th with a 4th place in Aragon as the best result. 2021 saw him make the jump up to the World Championship circuit with SIC58 Squadra Corse in Moto3™. After completing all but three races, the Frenchman had an encouraging 2022 which saw him take several top 15 finishes. CIP Green Power clearly see enough potential in Fellon, and they have handed him a seat on their team for 2023.
