Video: Live and On-demand

I keep getting logged out in the new website, can you help me?

The necessary cookies which allow access to the new site’s content and features can sometimes enter in conflict with cookies from the previous version of the site.

You will need to clear cache & cookies from your browser to navigate our new site without interruptions.

Each browser has a different path to clear cache & cookies but this is how to do it in the most popular one (Chrome). It should not be too different if you are using a different one:

- Click the lock icon to the left of the URL bar
- Click Cookies and Site Data
- Click Manage Cookie and Site Data
- Click the trash can icon to the right of all motogp sites.

You may also check our visual step-by-step guide in PDF format.

After that, simply log in again and you should be good to go!

Should that not work, please use an incognito window in your browser or use a different browser next time.

I have laggy/choppy Live streaming, can you help me?

Should you experience lag or stuttering during a live session, please check that your device meets the minimum requirements. Also check that your internet connection is fast enough and, if possible, reboot your router.

We recommend you try to change the video quality (with the "Auto" option, being able to select from 1080p to other options) or change the streaming provider to the one that best suits your connection (by selecting the gear icon). Both options are located at the bottom right of the video player.

If you are using an Apple TV device, those options are not currently available in the video player. If you have another Apple mobile device, we recommend that you AirPlay from your iPhone/iPad to your Apple TV device, being able to make changes to the video quality and streaming provider from the mobile device.

If you are accessing through a PC or Mac, we recommend that you clear cache and cookies, also disable hardware acceleration in your browser options. Please note that this option is not available in the Safari browser, so we recommend using others such as Chrome, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge.

Additionally, try disabling your firewall and/or pop-up blocker software during live video.

Can I watch videos using multiple devices?

Yes, access from different devices is allowed as long as you are connecting from the same IP (internet connection point).

Therefore, according to the MotoGP™ VideoPass Purchase Policy, we remind you that your account details cannot be shared.

Which languages are available for the video commentary?

Race commentary, both live and archived, is available in English only.

Occasionally, riders' interviews and video highlights may be available in their respective languages.

How do I find out when Live sessions are taking place?

To find out the schedule for Live sessions in detail, simply select the ‘CALENDAR’ tab on our website or the ‘RACING’ option on our app and choose the event you are interested in.

Separate schedules for each event day will become available, with options to select the local time or your time.

Our TV apps do not include a ‘Calendar’ section, and only the schedule for the current GP will be at your disposal.

How do I find past races?

The new website’s VIDEOPASS tab in the VIDEOS section now displays all the past video content accessible through 3 categories: Current Season, Archive and Documentaries.

In VIDEOPASS, all the content is now spoiler-free, both in the titles and preview images.

In our official apps for iOS and Android devices, you can also set the VIDEOPASS section as your default page to access always without spoilers, and browse the content using the available filters.

If you have any questions or doubts, do not hesitate to contact us.

What do I need to watch Live video?

Once you have registered an account with us and purchased a VideoPass subscription, you will be able to access all the video content, both Live and from our archive.

I have laggy/choppy on-demand streaming, can you help me?

If you are experiencing any problem with our on-demand content, like laggy streaming or quality issues, please use the AUTO option at the bottom bar of the video player and try the different available resolutions.

We suggest you disable hardware acceleration from your browser’s settings if you are using a desktop or laptop computer.

It might also be of help to restart your router.

How long does it take for a video to be uploaded once a race or session ends?

Full races are uploaded as soon as it is technically possible, usually less than 1-2 hours after the live session has finished.

As much as we would love to, we are not able to guarantee an exact time as this depends on several factors.

Is there a spoiler-free option?

Yes, our website’s VIDEOPASS section now displays all its content as “no-spoiler”, both in the titles and preview images.

In our official apps for iOS and Android devices, you can also set the VIDEOPASS section as your default page to access always without spoilers.

Our TV apps will have no-spoiler and archived content in the future, but these options are not available as of today (except for the ROKU app, where both are available in the Browse section).

We suggest you temporarily use your phone or tablet device to display the no-spoiler content in your TV from our website or mobile app:
